The storms sure slammed the mountains last night, bringing plenty more precip and echoing rumbles. The clouds are holding tight now as we navigate a break in the action, but more storms are set to fire up and roll through this afternoon. Should be enough of a time window there for guests to traverse the mountain, either incoming or departing, without having to deal with torrential downpours. Temps are feel a little cool with all this cloud cover and mist, and a thermometer that reads in the 50s and lower 60s. Winds will continue to be light and variable. Skies could begin to clear late this evening, giving way to what might be a sunny start to Monday and the new week. Some steady sunshine would be a welcome change to what has been a relentlessly wet week prior.
Have a great day.
