We’re soaking up some sunshine once again today. All these warm rays are great for a recharge. Yesterday’s beautiful weather brought the crowds out in droves, likely the busiest the mountain top and trails have been all season. Temps are superb, currently hovering in the mid 60s. Overnight lows should remain in the low 50s for the time being. Beginning late tonight there is a slight chance for showers and storms. The turbulent weather is expected to linger through Thursday, with sunny skies returning in time to kickoff the weekend. Winds are calm for now but could get gusty tonight upwards of 30mph. Although we haven’t had any bear sightings around camp in recent days, we’re still hearing a lot of chatter about bear activity on trail. So be mindful of what you see, when, and where if you encounter any large wildlife.
Have a great day.
