Happy Halloween from high above Tennessee. The scenery of the last 24 hours has certainly been a fitting mood for a stereotypical dark and dreary holiday. Intermittent rain showers and a clingy cap cloud should linger this morning, but are supposed to break up and dwindle through the afternoon. We might not witness clear skies and sunshine again until Tuesday, but weather for the evening trick-or-treaters looks favorable. Winds are going to kick it up quite a bit to close out the month, gusting as much as 45mph today. Temps thankfully will remain mild both day and night, ranging from the 40s to 50s, although the breezy and damp conditions could have it feeling a bit cooler.
If you are yet to make payment on a 2023 reservation that you garnered earlier this month, today is the last to do so without worry. Tomorrow is the next big opportunity for overnight prospects to snag a vacancy, cancellation, or forfeiture, which means phone lines will be ringing off the hook for a couple days. Guests who are staying this week needing to make last minute changes to their reservation before hiking up should also consider contacting our office today as well instead of getting caught up in the phone frenzy.
Have a great day.
