The yellow line B runs west to east across Prague, calling at Anděl in the Smichov district across the river, then Karlovo náměstí (Charles Square). It then stops at Narodní třída (in New Town Prague but close to the Old Town.

You would use it if travelling to Florenc from the Holešovice district to the north or if you’re transferring from Prague main train station (Praha hlavní nádraží, Praha hl n on timetables) one stop down the line to the south.
Three trams also pass close to UAN Florenc station. Tram 3 runs from the south of the city, passing through the New Town, Wenceslas Square and Masarykovo nádraží (another central Prague railway station) before reaching Florenc.
Meanwhile, tram 8 runs from Podbaba near the river in the north of the city past Letna Park through Holešovice and Náměstí Republiky to Florenc. If you’re travelling from the opposite (east) side of Prague it stops at Libeň and Karlín on the way to Florenc.
Tram 24 starts in Vrsovice (Kubanske náměstí), and joins the tram 3 route at Karlovo náměstí, running to Florenc. You can also use this tram if travelling from Kobylisy in the north of the city, but Metro line C is much quicker.

The 194 Bus From Florenc Station
I haven’t mentioned other buses around Florenc UAN Prague because it’s unlikely you’d need to use them. The one exception is the 194 bus, which departs from the back of the City of Prague Museum Main Building on Křižíková.
It’s one of the most useful Prague bus routes for tourists, taking a mainly back street route through the Old Town, stopping at Pařížská and Staroměstská in the Old Town and Malostranská and Malostranské náměstí, across the river in Malá Strana.
The one drawback with this bus is its infrequency – it runs only every 30 minutes – and it also stops running around 8 pm.
Taxis From Praha UAN Florenc Station
There is a taxi rank outside the bus station, just to the left of the main exit.
Prague taxis have quite a bad reputation, and we try to avoid them as much as possible.
But we have used AAA Taxis seven or eight times, and the driver has stuck to the rules, used the meter and charged us the correct fare each time.
